Bradford Mela
New for 2006 is the introduction of a Classical
Stage where the best classically trained musicians, dancers and performers will entertain, complemented by an on-site art
gallery, carnival costume making tent and
specialist craft stalls.
A fabulous Family Zone combines children's
performers with 'make and do' activities, sports
and play areas.

The newly created Mela Green brings the atmosphere of the village green to the Mela, with a wide range of markets stalls, street entertainment and food running from noon to dusk.
Top line music will return to the site with the
Urban Stage for those who like their music edgy
and on the Mango Stage a rich array of Asian
and global sounds provide a more mellow
alternative. |
